Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved university Occupational Therapy program
- Maintain Manitoba Occupational Therapist licensure
- Maintain Canadian Occupational Therapy Association membership
- Hold current Basic Life Saving Certification
- Hold a Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License
