Reporting to the Director, HSE, the Senior Advisor supports 407 ETR's Occupational Health & Safety Management System and Environmental Management System. The role emphasizes CORTM and ISO 14001 alignment, contractor management, incident investigations, and corporate safety objectives. Availability during emergencies is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain OHSMS and EMS requirements
- Enhance contractor pre-qualification, selection, monitoring, and evaluation
- Conduct monthly inspections and annual management system audits
- Lead incident investigations and support WSIB claims management
- Deliver orientations, training, and safety meetings

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced MS Office knowledge and computer skills
- Training coordination, delivery, and recordkeeping experience
- CRSP and First Aid Instructor certifications are assets
