Crew Member – Osmow's Shawarma.

Full-time / Part-time.

About the Role:

Crew Members work in all areas of the restaurant, from greeting guests and making wraps to grilling and keeping things clean. We promote from within, so this is a great place to start and grow.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests, take orders and suggest menu items and add-ons.
- Prepare wraps, plates and bowls following Osmow's recipes and portions.
- Work the grill station and help with food prep.
- Operate the POS and debit/credit terminals, and keep an accurate cash drawer.
- Keep the front counter, prep line and dining area clean and fully stocked.
- Follow the cleaning schedule and food safety procedures.
- Handle guest questions and concerns politely,



and escal|ate to a manager when needed.
- Work well with the team and take initiative on daily tasks without being asked.

Requirements:

- No experience needed, we'll train you (restaurant experience is an asset).
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good multitasker and quick learner.
- Available evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Punctual, dependable and positive attitude.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
