DESCRIPTION

The Recruiter will be accountable to recruit the right candidates for the right positions on time

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Support hiring initiatives, recruitment events, and workforce planning activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
