As Manager, Client Success, you will lead teams, strengthen executive and operational relationships, and support business performance. The work spans client governance, solution validation, delivery readiness, project financials, forecasting, and growth opportunities. You will partner across Sales, Architecture, Practice, Project Management, Delivery, Finance, Resourcing, and Branch Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build trusted relationships with business, technology, and executive stakeholders
- Establish governance, communication cadence, decision rights, and success criteria
- Validate Statements of Work, estimates, pricing, margins, and resource plans
- Lead feedback,



escalations, recovery efforts, and continuous improvement
- Own assigned P&Ls;, forecasting, billing, margins, and client outcomes

Requirements:

- 10+ years in consulting, managed services, or client-facing IT
- Progressive experience including people leadership
- Complex technology project governance from discovery through transition
- Knowledge of SOWs, estimation, change control, and project financials
- Solid executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills
