ParaMed is seeking a casual Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Registered Nurse. This community nursing position provides evidence-based assessment, management, education, consultation, and direct patient care. The successful candidate supports patients, families, and ParaMed’s nursing healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct wound, ostomy, and continence assessment and care
- Educate patients, families, and ParaMed nursing healthcare staff
- Provide clinical consultation and specialty product recommendations
- Participate in wound, ostomy, and continence clinical leadership




- Precept ParaMed nurses and collaborate with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence qualification
- Minimum two years practicing Registered Nurse experience
- Community or wound, ostomy, continence care experience preferred
- International Interprofessional Wound Care Course may be considered
- Canadian Nurses Association WOCC(C) certification is an asset
