Nors is hiring two Business Financial Analysts for branch and regional financial decision support. You will connect P&L; results, ERP and GL information, and operational performance to explain business drivers. The role covers forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and action-oriented analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance for assigned branches and regional leaders
- Explain P&L; results and key business drivers clearly
- Identify financial and operational risks early
- Develop forecasts, budgets, models, and KPI reports
- Standardize and automate reporting to reduce manual analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' relevant financial analysis or FP&A; experience
- Solid P&L; analysis and financial modelling experience
- Advanced Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Experience with ERP and GL information
- Bachelor's degree and required CPA designation
