Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor oversees daily operations within the Steel Door Manufacturing Group. This hands-on leadership role coordinates work orders, production priorities, employee support, safety, and quality. The successful candidate brings manufacturing experience, strong communication, and dependable decision-making to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily manufacturing activities and maintain smooth production flow
- Assign tasks, coordinate work orders, and monitor priorities
- Resolve bottlenecks, delays, and operational challenges
- Coach employees on procedures,

- Complete reports and communicate issues to management

Requirements:

- Three to five years manufacturing or production experience
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or production leadership experience preferred
