As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will own programs across Versaterm’s public safety solutions portfolio. You will build qualified pipeline, develop scalable frameworks, and influence Sales, Product, and Customer Success without direct authority. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, analytics, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design targeted go-to-market programs that build awareness and nurture leads
- Own demand generation strategy, execution, pipeline, and revenue growth
- Automate campaigns through Marketo, SFDC, webinars, and digital platforms
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to optimize campaign ROI




- Lead cross-departmental initiatives, spend, calendars, and sales enablement

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
