Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket, Ontario, seeks a Registered Nurse for a temporary, full time geriatric outreach role. You will deliver direct patient care and coordinate in-home assessments with the care team.

Ideal candidates hold a BScN, active CNO registration, BCLS (ACLS preferred), and 3–5 years of geriatric experience; a driver’s license and knowledge of community services are required.
