This senior Project Manager/Leader supports the Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. The work covers large-scale, high-profile, high-risk initiatives requiring integrated planning, scope management, fiscal control, and risk mitigation. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, dependencies, steering committees, and government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex OPS I⁢ projects within scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop integrated plans, deliverables, budgets, and funding requests
- Monitor forecasts, actuals, variances, risks, and mitigation strategies




- Direct project teams and coordinate cross-ministry dependencies
- Report project status and recommendations to senior executives

Requirements:

- Experience managing large-scale, high-risk I⁢ projects
- Expertise with direct, indirect cost allocation and TCO

- Experience with scenario analysis and energetic simulation workflows
- Knowledge of OPS or public sector standards preferred
