As a Senior Claim Specialist, you will handle primarily CGL, Auto, and Personal Liability claims. The work requires coverage analysis, reserving, vendor management, and communication with brokers, insureds, underwriting, and claims teams. You will produce quality work through prompt contact, thorough investigation, effective negotiation, and documented assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle low to moderate severity commercial liability claims
- Investigate claims and review expert reports and legal opinions
- Analyze coverage under commercial and personal policy forms




- Establish timely reserves following corporate guidelines
- Communicate proactively with brokers, insureds, and underwriting departments

Requirements:

- Two to three years of previous claims experience
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent insurance education
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Superior negotiation and customer service skills
- Knowledge of insurance contracts, regulations, and legal requirements
