Lead lift and building maintenance at Marmot Basin in Jasper, Alberta, supervising teams and maintaining critical systems year-round. Work four 10-hour shifts weekly.

This full time supervisor guides Journeyperson and Apprentice Millwrights, Electricians, Carpenters, seasonal labourers, and other staff. The position oversees lifts, chalets, outbuildings, snowmaking, water, waste treatment, and Vacusan systems. It also coordinates training, scheduling, safety, contractors, records, and department administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise staff executing daily assigned maintenance duties
- Schedule shifts, vacations, coverage, and department on-call responsibilities
- Complete preventative maintenance and necessary system repairs
- Develop training, safety,



and workplace procedure manuals
- Manage contractors, records, purchasing, inventory, and budgets

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Red Seal certification preferred
- Specialized hydraulics, electrical, construction, or plumbing training considered an asset
- Risk management experience
- Procurement and inventory management experience
- Previous supervisory or ski industry experience preferred
