At TC Energy, this Operations and Maintenance Site Technician supports the Bear Creek Cogeneration Plant with the Site Host. The position monitors routine operations, plans maintenance, and coordinates repairs involving turbines, generators, HRSGs, electrical systems, and controls. Reporting to the Manager, Cogeneration and Storage, it also supports outages and plant improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor routine cogeneration plant operations and maintenance
- Review operating data, reports, risks, and production plans
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, vendors, and contractors




- Create SAP notifications, work orders, and completion records
- Support outages, budgets, testing, and plant modifications

Requirements:

- Relevant Red Seal trade certification or technical diploma
- Five years of power plant experience
- Industrial DCS or PLC experience preferred
- Gas turbine and HRSG experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and emergency availability required
