Ryse Solutions, part of Emterra Group, seeks a Blue Box Operations Manager reporting to the Vice President. You will oversee collection, processing, final disposition, service providers, and operational outcomes. The role connects municipalities, processors, haulers, commodities marketing, and internal teams while managing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Blue Box performance, contracts, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate corrective actions across service providers and stakeholders
- Manage targets, forecasts, baselines, risks, and performance gaps
- Oversee material-flow data, reconciliation, records, and reporting




- Visit Ontario facilities and lead improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in operations, business, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in recycling, waste management, logistics, or complex operations
- Experience managing KPIs, contracts, projects, and continuous improvement
- Advanced Excel and dashboard or business intelligence experience
- Ontario travel, driver's licence, and personal vehicle required
