Lead Northern Lights School of Dance Society through strategic vision, operational management, and community engagement in this executive leadership role.

The Executive Director serves as NLSD’s chief executive and operational leader. This role balances financial stewardship, nonprofit governance, fundraising, and reporting. The successful candidate supports youth participation in the Arts while engaging effectively with the Board, staff, dance families, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic vision and operational leadership for NLSD
- Oversee financial stewardship, budgeting, fundraising, and reporting
- Engage the Board, staff, dance families, and community
- Support NLSD’s mission and youth participation in the Arts
- Inspire and motivate others across the organization

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in a related field
- Three or more years participating in the Arts
- Three or more years directly supervising staff
- Experience in nonprofit management and governance
- Excellent communication and proven financial skills
