As a Real Estate Broker within NBCCM’s Real Estate Investment Banking group, you will advise commercial real estate clients and expand the brokerage platform. Your work combines transaction execution, business development, negotiation, and relationship management. You will also mentor junior brokers and analysts while contributing market intelligence and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and execute brokerage and advisory mandates
- Develop relationships with owners, investors, developers, and industry participants
- Expand NBCCM’s Western Canada brokerage platform




- Advise clients across investment and financing transactions
- Represent NBCCM at industry events and client meetings

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of commercial real estate brokerage experience
- Alberta real estate broker licence from the Real Estate Council of Alberta
- Established Alberta and Western Canadian market network
- Leadership experience mentoring professionals and supporting team development
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills
