Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Spine Assessment Rehab Coordinator for the Central Zone Spine Assessment Clinic. You will develop and oversee the navigation/intake infrastructure, coordinating with Orthopedic and Neurosurgery teams to streamline referral and assessment processes.

The role leads inter-qualified teams and drives program development, with opportunities to integrate digital data collection and quality improvement.
