BuildOps is seeking a Head of Enablement to shape the multi-year enablement strategy across GTM, Post-Sale, AI CoE, and Product. You will own the BuildOps Academy, reduce time-to-value, and drive customer adoption while standardizing enablement content and governance.

Lead a team of enablement managers and analysts, embed AI, and measure success with KPIs. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days/week in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Raleigh, or Toronto.
