Coordinate complex transportation investigations in downtown Toronto with AtkinsRéalis, supporting multidisciplinary DD&I; planning, reporting, and delivery activities.

This experienced Project Coordinator supports the DD&I; team across a large transportation program. The work connects discipline leads, Project Delivery, Project Controls, Procurement, Health and Safety, Information Management, and Document Control. You will coordinate scope requests, schedules, budgets, risks, actions, deliverables, and project documentation throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate environmental, geotechnical, utilities, survey, and field investigation scopes
- Track requests through approval, execution, submission, and closeout
- Maintain trackers for scope, schedule, budget, risks, and milestones
- Support procurement, subcontractor onboarding, permits,



logistics, and site readiness
- Prepare reporting, dashboards, action logs, and performance updates

Requirements:

- Five or more years supporting multidisciplinary infrastructure or transit projects
- Engineering, environmental sciences, construction management, or project management degree
- P3 or design-build experience in North America
- Experience coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and documentation
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint proficiency
