As a senior hands-on individual contributor, you will shape R&D; Enablement strategy and delivery. The work spans technical product understanding, learning-product design, developer onboarding, and program leadership. You will partner with engineers, technical leaders, Business Technology, Security, enterprise AI teams, and technology providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define R&D; learning-products strategy, roadmap, service model, and success measures
- Diagnose capability needs and select appropriate enablement interventions
- Create prototypes, tools, automations, and knowledge solutions
- Lead programs from discovery through launch and adoption




- Improve developer onboarding and self-service access to resources

Requirements:

- 8+ years in technical product, program, learning, or enablement fields
- 5+ years partnering with software engineering, product, data, or AI teams
- Experience translating emerging technologies into adoption strategies
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, integrations, or low-code platforms
- Experience designing learning products, onboarding, or knowledge solutions
