As a Producer on Marsh Risk’s Growth team, you will grow a mid-sized book of business through new logo acquisition and existing-account expansion. This hybrid role requires at least three office days weekly. Success involves relationships with CFOs, Treasury, Finance, and Legal professionals, plus market insight and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and expand larger or nuanced Property & Casualty accounts
- Develop sales strategies using client needs and market trends
- Research industries to identify relationship needs and buyer hubs
- Prepare competitive proposals using project and market data




- Develop compliant custom product solutions for accounts

Requirements:

- Experience managing and growing a Property & Casualty book
- Success acquiring new logos and expanding client relationships
- Greater Toronto Area network among financial decision-makers
