Lead culturally grounded, trauma-informed family wellness services with Squamish Nation in a leadership role supporting children, youth, and families.

As Manager, Family Wellness Services, you will oversee family support, cultural wellness, land-based healing, and community-based services. You will provide strategic leadership, clinical guidance, and operational oversight within the Háhalhi7iwan Wellness Department. Your work will align programs with Squamish values and community priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate Family and Cultural Wellness Services
- Provide clinical supervision for complex and high-risk cases
- Oversee referrals, waitlists, caseloads, and equitable service access
- Lead budgets, funding opportunities, policies, and service standards




- Build partnerships supporting coordinated care across community services

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Seven to ten years’ related human services experience
- Three to five years’ progressive leadership or supervisory experience
- Relevant skilled registration and clinical supervision eligibility
- Knowledge of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw history, culture, lands, and People
