Lead production operations at Ganong in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, using Redzone and ERP tools to support safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Relief Value Stream Leader oversees and supports a production value stream. This hands-on leadership role combines Production Supervisor and Team Lead responsibilities. You will provide direction, coach employees, and connect frontline teams with management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production value stream operations
- Support safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
- Provide hands-on leadership on the production floor
- Coach employees and foster accountability, respect, and inclusion
- Address process concerns and remove operational barriers

Requirements:

- Leadership experience in manufacturing or production
- Knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards
- Skilled in Redzone; Sage X3 ERP experience considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
