American Tall seeks a data-oriented Merchandising Project Lead with strong Excel skills to coordinate seasonal product delivery and strategic initiatives.

This Merchandising Project Lead reports to the Merchandising Integrations Manager. The role manages calendars, cross-functional projects, product information, and merchandising workflows. It supports lasting process improvements across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own seasonal merchandising calendars and establish key milestones
- Identify timeline risks and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Lead strategic initiatives and improve merchandising workflows
- Create templates, reports, and product lists
- Maintain accurate information across merchandising systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
- Two to three years’ merchandising or project management experience
- Working knowledge of product development lifecycle
- Intermediate Excel knowledge, including Index Match and Pivot Tables
- Robust analytical, communication, and time management skills
