revoking and managing roles; * Ensure that access complies with security requirements and organizational rules; * To take charge of identity and access incidents and to contribute to their resolution; * Collaborate with cybersecurity and access governance teams; * Implement automated mechanisms for periodic review of access; * Participate in the planning, deployment, monitoring and improvement of business processes related to identity and access management.**The profile sought is as follows:*** Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology, including at least five (5) years in identity and access management; * Master the principles of governance and administration of identities and access; * Plan and support single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and traceability mechanisms; * Use identity federation, role management, access provisioning, and recognized authentication protocols; * Leverage Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments; * Apply the security principles specific to identity and access management; * Participate in the implementation of identity and access management programs, including the definition of requirements and processes; * Adopt a risk-based approach; * Hold a recognized certification in information security, including GIAC, CISSP, CCSP or equivalent certification; * Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellent analytical skills; * Communicate effectively with technical teams and business partners.#J-18808-Ljbffr
