This 12 month Assistant Store Manager role partners with the Store Manager on hiring, development, administration, and daily store leadership. You will support organic and natural products, superior customer service, team performance, and store operations while modeling core values. The position requires quality driven leadership and a people first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead staff hiring, training, development, and administration
- Promote customer service standards and outstanding shopping experiences
- Support merchandising, displays, renovations, and store operations




- Coach employees and recognize moments of excellence
- Assume store responsibility when the Store Manager is absent

Requirements:

- Five or more years of management experience
- Customer service industry people management experience strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite technical knowledge
- Budget and financial management experience
- Versatile availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
