This Manufacturing Engineer and Injection Moulding Subject Matter Expert owns technology, mould design standards, process standards, and technical governance. The role provides direction across multiple plants while optimizing quality, cycle time, productivity, scrap, and OEE. It also supports capital decisions, launches, and production start-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as global Injection Moulding SME across multiple plants
- Establish technology, process, and mould design standards
- Define equipment strategies and technical specifications
- Lead equipment selection, installation, and commissioning




- Provide technical direction across manufacturing operations

Requirements:

- Five or more years of injection moulding experience
- Hands-on knowledge of equipment, materials, tooling, and processes
- Experience with mould design, trials, and process development
- Understanding of setup, parameters, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Solid project management and cross-functional leadership skills
