Salary Range:Commission - OTE $120,000 - 150,000/yearly

About the Current Open Role

Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler is looking for an experienced FinancialServices Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee thecompletion of each sale, ensure timely vehicle delivery, and provide customerswith personalized financial solutions. The ideal candidate is professional,knowledgeable, and positive, with a strong drive for growth and continuouslearning.

What We're LookingFor

- Maintain in-depth knowledge ofmanufacturer vehicles, rebates, finance programs, and incentives.
- Assess customer financing needs andpresent clear product menus outlining financing options, products, andservices to enhance ownership.
- Present and sell aftermarket productssuch as warranties and insurance.
- Manage all aspects of creditapprovals directly with customers.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with finance companies and banks.




- Ensure all sales customers aresupported positively and in line with dealership procedures.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries withSales, Service, and customers, preparing all documentation accurately andon time.
- Support the Sales Team by trainingand advising on finance, leasing, and Business Office products.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 5 years of experience inautomotive sales or finance.
- Strong knowledge of finance,insurance, and aftermarket products.
- Outgoing personality with excellentinterpersonal and sales skills.
- Exceptional communication,mathematical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient with computers andcommunication technology.

Chrysler dealership experience is considered an asset.
