North of Superior Counselling Programs (NOSP) seeks anAdult Clinical Services Manager to lead adult portfolio programs across the NOSP catchment in Ontario. This in office role partners with the Executive Director and Leadership Team to align with funding, accreditation, and collective agreements.

Responsibilities cover clinical supervision, program development, policy rollout, and cross-sector collaboration to deliver evidence-based services within mental health and addictions across Thunder Bay
