Description: Protomanni & Associates is seeking a seasoned Family Lawyer to join their expanding presence in Hamilton, Ontario. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of family law matters end-to-end, including divorce, custody, support, and property equalization. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, appearing regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice,



leading conferences, and handling contested motions. The role offers a strong platform for file ownership and advocacy within a supportive structure.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess 5+ years of Ontario family law experience and a strong command of the Family Law Rules, Divorce Act, and Family Law Act. Candidates should be comfortable in court and capable of running files independently from intake through resolution or trial. Experience with complex financial issues and a partial or full portable practice are considered assets.
