Lead Industrial Services operations through health and safety, team leadership, and field oversight across office and site-based work.

As District Manager, you will spearhead the Industrial Services Team and report directly to the Regional Manager. You will manage union and non-union direct reports, coordinate resources, and support successful project execution. The position requires leadership across industrial cleaning operations, client relationships, financial reviews, bidding, and quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize health and safety through company policies and secure practices
- Delegate duties and coach union and non-union direct reports
- Oversee safe field execution and customer satisfaction
- Plan labor, equipment,



and material resources through site inspections
- Coordinate mobilization, documentation, incidents, and quality control

Requirements:

- Minimum five years leadership or project management experience
- Industrial Cleaning or related field experience
- Knowledge of oil, gas, and pulp mill facilities
- Ability to develop scopes, costs, schedules, and method statements
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Sheets, and Docs
