Lead Construction Services operations at Allnorth through strategic leadership, project delivery, and high-performing team development across multidisciplinary services.

This Vice President role provides vision and direction for Allnorth’s Construction Services division. You will oversee construction management, geomatics, surveying, and materials testing operations. The position partners with executives, clients, contractors, and project teams to support safe, efficient, quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Construction Services operations and align performance with company goals
- Develop construction, geomatics, materials testing, and field teams
- Oversee projects from planning through completion
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, profitability, and project outcomes




- Build client, contractor, consultant, and industry relationships

Requirements:

- Relevant technology diploma or fifteen years business development experience
- Engineering degree or Civil Technology diploma preferred
- Technical understanding of Construction Services operations
- Skilled services sales and proposal management experience
- Track record leading and developing high-performing teams
