Lead Arc'teryx’s retail floor with product knowledge and coaching expertise while supporting a full-time store leadership team across six-day availability.

As Store Lead, you will work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to guide Product Guides and facilitate exceptional guest experiences. You will support experience, product, community, operations, and people while evolving store practices. This position suits candidates with leadership experience, retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for getting outside.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead floor operations and in-store guest experiences
- Coach Product Guides through feedback and development
- Share technical product knowledge with guests
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and sell-through
- Oversee transactions, opening, and closing procedures

Requirements:

- One or more years of leadership experience
- One to two years of retail experience
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize changing business needs
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
