Coordinate hotel accounting activities as Assistant Controller at Mont Gabriel in Sainte-Adèle, using financial analysis and Microsoft Excel. This position is fully on-site.

Reporting to the Controller, you will support a three-person accounting team at the Tidan Hospitality Group property. The role covers accounts payable, group billing, payroll review, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and budget variance analysis. Hospitality and food and beverage experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support the three-person accounting team
- Process accounts payable and prepare group billing
- Follow up on accounts receivable and approve payroll
- Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports




- Analyze variances and support financial statement documentation

Requirements:

- Accounting diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of relevant similar-role experience
- Robust Microsoft 365, Excel, POS, and accounting software knowledge
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines
