This Senior Accountant prepares financial statement packages for Condominium and Homeowners Associations. The work includes journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts receivable, client billings, and financial reporting. You will partner with Accounting leadership and property management while supporting client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver financial statement packages for assigned associations
- Reconcile balance sheets and analyze account reports
- Post journal entries and correct general ledger errors
- Review receivables, payables, coding,



and discrepancies
- Support budgets, audits, tax returns, and adjustments

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong general ledger and financial reporting knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
