Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Advisor, Controllership with solid expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and financial governance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate month-end closing, IFRS compliance, effective internal controls, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Apply IFRS standards and provide technical accounting advice on complex transactions.
Perform financial and variance analysis and prepare management reporting.
Strengthen internal controls, governance,



and audit compliance.
Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations, and senior stakeholders.
Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation of finance processes.

Required Qualifications
CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification.
Robust technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
Hands-on IFRS application in complex business environments.
Experience in month-end close, internal controls, and audit support.
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory.
