Bilingual QE Engineer Contact Center Tools Key Skills: Amazon Connect, French Speaking & Test Automation Skill Required Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms.

IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer, etc.

Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc.

any of them).

Agent Desktop Automation.

Java core.

Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.

Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), etc.

Experience working in a structured scaled Agile setting.

Robust knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.

French Speaking / Testing Capabilities.
