We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked properly and served in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management




Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food service and handling

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen workplace preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
