Use CCTV and theft prevention skills as a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent with TJX Canada in Mississauga, Ontario. Help protect people and assets.

This role supports a safe, secure, and welcoming retail workplace across TJX Canada stores. You will greet customers, respond to pedestal alarms, assist Store Investigators, and support investigations involving theft, fraud, internal dishonesty, and supply-chain losses. Collaboration with investigators and District Managers is central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and respond to pedestal alarms in uniform
- Detect and prevent theft and fraud against TJX stores
- Assist Store Investigators during suspect apprehensions and prosecutions
- Conduct CCTV surveillance and floor walking throughout stores




- Report incidents and potential shrink opportunities to investigators

Requirements:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Provincial security license required for employment
- Retail loss prevention, military, or security experience encouraged
- Law enforcement studies or related experience encouraged
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle access preferred
