As Human Resources Business Partner, you will help establish HR strategies and shape project culture. You will integrate HR processes across partner organizations, sub-consultants, and project leadership. The work spans recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operationalize project strategy through organizational capabilities and processes
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment actions, and staffing communications
- Coordinate sub-consultant HR teams and partner HR relationships




- Lead onboarding and support employees throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure HR policies, audits, and reports meet legal requirements

Requirements:

- University degree or program in Human Resources Management
- Over eight years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Experience with performance management and complex employee relations
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Full time presence at the project office, five days weekly
