Lead 50 to 75 production employees on Silent-Aire’s weekend night shift, using manufacturing coordination and safety leadership. Support custom data center equipment production.

As Production Supervisor, you will direct operations for assemblers, inspectors, precision workers, machine operators, fabricators, and plant operators. You will create and complete production schedules safely, on time, and within budget. The role emphasizes quality ownership, workforce coordination, and issue resolution across departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct manufacturing workforce toward production goals
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate schedules, work orders, and departmental operations
- Resolve production, worker, and quality issues




- Monitor performance, attendance, timesheets, and outputs

Requirements:

- Three or more years of production supervision experience
- Working knowledge of operations, warehouse, and transportation management
- Manufacturing experience from raw materials through finished products
- Analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements
