This casual, permanent role supports events across Evergreen Brick Works. Supervisors manage client and guest satisfaction, coordinate suppliers, and resolve in office issues. The position requires hospitality experience, one year of team supervision, and Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure client and guest satisfaction throughout events
- Coordinate venue logistics with clients and suppliers
- Supervise equipment load-in and load-out activities
- Oversee beverage staff and reconcile inventory
- Maintain protected, orderly venue operations

Requirements:

- Hospitality experience, preferably catering or event venues
- At least one year supervising teams
- Demonstrated customer service background
- Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain
