Manage complex inpatients as a General Internist at Eagle Ridge Hospital, combining clinical care, communication, and team-oriented practice. This opportunity includes teaching and quality improvement.

Fraser Health is recruiting two General Internists for medically complex patients at Eagle Ridge Hospital. The successful candidates will help develop and run a 15 bed Internal Medicine unit, provide MRP care, and staff the IM Rapid Access Clinic. Responsibilities also include teaching, quality improvement, and collaboration with physicians, learners, hospital staff, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage medically complex inpatients in the Internal Medicine unit
- Develop and run a new 15 bed Internal Medicine unit




- Provide MRP responsibilities for Internal Medicine unit patients
- Staff the IM Rapid Access Clinic
- Participate in clinical care, teaching, and quality improvement

Requirements:

- Outstanding clinical and communication skills
- Outstanding teaching and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with physicians, learners, staff, and administrators
- ACLS certification
- CPSBC eligibility for full license or CPSBC provisional status
