This Fairmont Gold Supervisor supports the hotel’s luxurious “hotel within a hotel” experience. The supervisor provides concierge information, manages reservations, and coordinates VIP arrivals and departures. Front desk supervisory experience, Micros-Opera PROPERTY Manager knowledge, and solid communication skills are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond personally and promptly to guest requests and concerns
- Provide personalized, anticipated service exceeding guest expectations
- Perform front desk duties, postings, check-ins, audits, and reporting

- Coordinate seamless arrivals, departures, market mix, and VIPs

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of large-hotel front desk supervisory experience preferred

- Royal Service or guest recovery experience with excellent recovery ability
