Support clients at CIBC as a Client Service Representative, using financial services knowledge and problem-solving skills. This is an on-site, full time role.

As part of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support day-to-day banking needs in a Banking Center. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members. The role is based at Fredericton-Priestman & Smythe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients manage accounts and financial products
• Answer questions and assist with banking transactions
• Listen carefully and resolve client issues
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members

Requirements:

• Knowledge of financial services products
• Strong client service and interpersonal communication skills
• Digital literacy and interest in banking technology
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres
