Actual salary will be based on the candidate's experience.Job Description: Lead, coach, and develop a team of rental administration professionals on siteChampion a protected, accountable, and high-performing work environmentOversee rental processes from inquiry to equipment delivery, ensuring compliance and operational excellenceManage rental contract audits, reporting, and continuous process improvementsCoordinate fleet allocation and equipment readiness to support customer projects and maximize utilizationCollaborate with branches to prioritize equipment needs, repairs, and turnaround schedulesManage billing accuracy,
