Key Responsibilities:
• Lead renovation and tenant improvement projects up to $15M
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors




• Develop and execute project schedules and plans
• Champion safety and Lean construction practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years in general contracting for commercial projects
• 1+ years in a Project Manager capacity
• Proven experience from pre-construction to closeout
• Strong financial management and forecasting skills
