Iris is seeking an experienced Leader to represent Iris and lead our delivery team on a clientinitiative focused on building modern, AI-first capabilities for Commercial and CorporateBanking. This role will drive the design, architecture, development, and testing of solutionsthat integrate with existing applications, services, and data to simplify and elevate theexperience for key personas such as Relationship Managers (RMs).This is a client-facing leadership role requiring both strong technical acumen and deepfamiliarity with the commercial banking domain.What You 'll Do Serve as the primary Iris representative and point of contact for the client initiativeLead a cross-functional Iris team spanning architecture, design, development, and QATranslate business and user needs (of RMs and related personas) into AI-native product capabilitiesGuide technical architecture and integration decisions across existing banking applications, services, and data sourcesOwn delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecyclePartner with client stakeholders to shape roadmap, priorities,



and success metricsWhat We 're Looking For: Solid understanding of the Commercial/Corporate Banking domain, including typical RM workflows, tools, and pain pointsExperience with, or exposure to, the capabilities and systems commonly used by commercial banking personas (e.G., CRM, credit/lending platforms, servicing tools, data/reporting systems)Solid technical background across architecture, application design, and development (hands-on or hands-on-adjacent), with working knowledge of AI/ML-enabled product capabilitiesProven experience leading technical teams through full project lifecycles (discovery through delivery)Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsComfort operating in ambiguity and driving structure/clarity for a team and clientNice to Have: Prior experience with AI-native or AI-assisted product buildsExperience integrating with legacy or enterprise banking systemsBackground in consulting or professional services delivery#J-18808-Ljbffr
