Business Analyst The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for the Genesys Cloud platform. They work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the technical team. A key part of their role is to ensure that the Genesys Cloud solution is configured to optimize business processes, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable value.
